Reservations Policy:

 

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. All reservations are tentative without a deposit. Cash, Checks, Money Orders, AMEX Traveler’s Checks, and PayPal are accepted. The balance due must be paid 15 days prior to departure. A confirmation will be sent via email. Any charter scheduled for departure within 15 days must be paid in full. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 30 days prior to fishing date will be refunded, minus 12%. Cancellations made 15 days prior to fishing date are charged 50% of the price of the charter. We require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel or the full price of the charter will be forfeited. Cancellations are in writing via fax to (760) 564-9406. No shows are charged in full.

COMPLAINTS: Complaints or suits are to be taken directly to the owner of the boat. Ensenada-Sportfishing.Org will provide contact information.

OUR SERVICES: Ensenada-Sportfishing.Org is responsible for the completion and transaction of the reservation only. In the event that the charter is unable to depart due to mechanical or other reasons, clients will receive a full refund. If clients request a charter to return to the dock early for any reason, the charter is then be considered finished for the day and will not depart again.
